Prepartion:

Step 1: Before using, place the tools for at least 30 minutes in the freezer or leave in overnight and use in the morning.
Step 2: Thoroughly cleanse your skin then dry with a towel.
Step 3: Apply any creams or oils to your face and neck if necessary.
Step 4: Take out the tools from the freezer and remove any water or ice residue.

Massage Techniques:

Upward Strokes: Regularly using upward strokes will help reduce wrinkles, fine lines, boost circulation and also tighten skin.
